Job Details

Robbie Moore MP is seeking to appoint a Constituency Support and Campaign Manager who can help support his constituency work and take a lead role in developing and delivering successful campaigns across the Keighley and Ilkley constituency.

This will be a full-time role, consisting of two separate employment contracts with time split between the Office of Robbie Moore MP and the Keighley and Ilkley Conservative Association.

A successful candidate will work closely with Robbie and his team to assist his parliamentary activities in the constituency, whilst also delivering a successful campaign strategy to make Keighley and Ilkley an even better place to live.

Main duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with a large range of standard constituency queries, as well as assisting on more complex cases from members of the public by phone, email, social media or face to face.
  • Gathering relevant information to assist with problem solving and resolving cases.
  • Attending constituency meetings as appropriate and undertake administrative tasks.
  • Work closely with the wider team to support constituency activity, visits and announcements.

  • You will also take responsibility to design, lead, and deliver impactful campaigns. You will take ownership of campaign strategy and execution, ensuring every element is aligned with Robbie’s campaign objectives, tailored to local needs.
  • Build a strong campaign team. Oversee the recruitment of volunteers and assist with a membership drive.
  • Design campaign literature in both hard copy and for digital platforms. This will include the design and development of surveys, petitions, leaflets and a full range of hard copy and online campaign information and literature. You will have experience in Campaign Toolkit and Bluetree.
  • Lead from the front and personally lead campaign sessions.

Candidates should have the following skills and qualities:

  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with the ability to tailor message and style appropriately.
  • Can demonstrate digital campaigning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A wish to deliver the aims and values of Robbie Moore MP and that of the Conservative Party.
