The Parliamentary Knowledge Foundation (PKF) is a non-profit working in and around Parliament to run experiential, credit-based Knowledge Schemes for cross-party cohorts of MPs and Peers.
Our schemes take parliamentarians beyond Westminster, helping them build the knowledge and understanding they need to represent their constituents with confidence. We bring MPs, charities, businesses, public sector organisations and people with lived experience together through visits, events and programmes across the UK and overseas.
Having completed its first year, PKF is entering an exciting new phase. In year two, we are expanding with two new schemes — Health and Industry & Infrastructure — alongside Energy & Nature, Wellbeing & Sport and Frontline Services.
**EA & Logistics Lead**
We are looking for an exceptional EA & Logistics Lead to provide high-level executive support to the CEO while owning the operational backbone of PKF’s scheme delivery.
You will manage the CEO’s diary, support internal coordination and ensure schemes, visits, travel and stakeholder activity run smoothly. The role combines executive assistance with complex logistics and operational delivery. You may be coordinating the CEO’s diary around parliamentary commitments and funder meetings, supporting travel for MPs, liaising with partners or ensuring visits run seamlessly on the ground.
This role suits someone highly organised, calm under pressure and able to manage multiple moving parts. It rewards precision, discretion, sound judgement and a pride in making things work.
**Scheme Manager**
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Scheme Manager to support the day-to-day delivery of PKF’s schemes and wider team operations.
You will manage scheme administration, stakeholder coordination, events, communications and logistics, ensuring MPs, partners, speakers and colleagues have the right information at the right time. You will also help maintain accurate systems and databases.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, an interest in UK politics and public policy, and the ability to coordinate people, diaries and systems in a fast-moving environment. It offers a brilliant opportunity to gain hands-on experience working at the heart of Westminster on a first-of-its-kind project.
Interviews may commence before the closing date. We are looking to appoint as soon as possible for the right candidate.
