About the role
This is a pivotal role at the heart of the business.Working directly with our founders and leadership team, you’ll help keep the business running smoothly while ensuring opportunities don’t get missed. You’ll combine strategic thinking with outstanding organisation, supporting business development, research, client projects and day-to-day operations. No two days are the same. You might coordinate meetings with FTSE CEOs, prepare briefing notes for podcasts, research potential clients, organise events, support major proposals or help solve operational challenges across the business.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate priorities for the founders and leadership team.
Manage diaries, travel, meetings and schedules.
Research clients, sectors and market trends.
Support business development, proposals and pitches.
Prepare briefing notes, presentations and background research.
Help organise events, podcasts and client roundtables.
Improve internal systems and ensure projects stay on track.
Build relationships with clients and external stakeholders
About you
You’ll be exceptionally organised, proactive and calm under pressure, with excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills. You’ll have a genuine interest in business, finance, politics and current affairs, enjoy solving problems and be confident working with senior executives and confidential information.
