Account Managers are at the core of our team of highly skilled client advisors and are responsible for project managing the delivery of the team’s work, supporting and coordinating monitoring and research, and providing advice to clients.

This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years’ experience either in public affairs consultancy, Parliament, think-tanks or other advocacy organisations, or the civil service.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the development and delivery of client strategies, translating political, policy and media developments into clear, actionable advice
• Managing the day-to-day running of client accounts, driving team delivery and bringing clarity on roles and responsibilities
• Building trusted client relationships, providing timely, relevant advice and confidently leading or contributing to client meetings
• Tracking developments across client sectors and applying policy knowledge to spot risks, opportunities and solutions
• Delegating tasks, quality-checking colleagues' work and supporting the development of junior team members through coaching
