Richard Fuller CBE MP is looking to recruit a proactive, capable Caseworker to join his small team. This is an ideal role for someone with excellent written communication skills, who is highly organised and confident in dealing with members of the public. The successful candidate will be managing a busy and varied workload and will need to take initiative and be comfortable working independently. They will be expected to produce clear and accurate correspondence, contribute to the MP’s digital communications strategy, and help respond to queries via email, social media, and in person. Attention to detail, political awareness, and the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively are essential.

This role is predominantly office-based, with flexibility to be located in either North Bedfordshire or Westminster. If based in Westminster, the role will involve travel to North Bedfordshire around twice a month (usually on Fridays, though this can vary) to support constituency surgeries.
