Jefferson Communications is a corporate communications agency based in the City of London, providing integrated public affairs and PR to clients across healthcare, financial services, property development and technology.

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our public affairs team. The role is primarily public affairs including lobbying campaigns and events, but covers a broad range of communications responsibilities, including elements of PR. Most of the work is healthcare-focused, with additional exposure to financial services, property development and technology.

Core responsibilities:
● Supporting delivery of lobbying and stakeholder engagement campaigns
● Helping plan and deliver events, including parliamentary receptions, roundtables and briefings
● Drafting briefing notes, consultation responses and policy summaries
● Monitoring political and policy developments across client sectors
● Building relationships with policymakers, civil servants and sector stakeholders
● Supporting wider communications and PR activity for clients
● Day-to-day account support, including client meetings and reporting

We're looking for around 1–2 years' relevant experience, strong writing skills, and a genuine interest in health policy. This is a small, senior-weighted team, so the role carries real responsibility from day one, with scope to progress quickly.

We work four days a week from our City of London office, with one fixed WFH day (alternating Wednesday and Friday) plus flexible WFH available with a week's notice.
