The justice system is a public service, as vital to our communities as education and healthcare. But years of underinvestment by the government have left many of us facing an uphill struggle to access legal advice when we need it.
You’ll set the strategic direction, build and grow coalitions of supportive organisations, and turn new bold ideas into campaigns that get decision-makers to listen and act. You’ll bring political nous, collaborative leadership, sharp campaign management skills and an ability to engage people at every level.
This role is a 12 months maternity cover.
What we're looking for
A proven track record of leading national-level campaigns and delivering demonstrable policy impact
Strong project and programme management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage complex, multi-strand work
Experience leading and inspiring multi-disciplinary teams through matrix management
Confidence building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from senior leaders to external partners
