We’re looking for a politically engaged Senior Executive to join our content team: someone who understands politics, loves social media and can turn complex issues into engaging, accessible content.

You’ll work across political campaigns and clients, spotting opportunities, pitching ideas and owning projects from concept to delivery. You’ll also support junior colleagues and help raise the standard of content across the team.

Key Responsibilities

Political content and creativity

• Develop social-first content ideas for campaigns, politicians and organisations.
• Write scripts, social copy, video concepts and creative briefs.
• Produce and oversee content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Spot emerging trends and formats clients can respond to.
• Work with videographers and designers to bring ideas to life.
• Ensure content is politically accurate and right for its audience and platform.

Campaign delivery

• Manage content projects from idea to publication.
• Work directly with clients to understand their objectives.
• Contribute to content strategies and campaign planning.
• Respond quickly to political developments and breaking news.
• Use performance data to improve future content.

Team development

• Mentor junior colleagues and give constructive feedback.
• Share effective political content, new formats and platform trends.
• Collaborate across content, advertising, strategy and delivery.

About you

Essential

• Strong understanding of UK politics.
• Experience producing digital content, ideally in politics, campaigning or communications.
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to make complex ideas simple.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Good political judgement on sensitive or fast-moving issues.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Confidence giving feedback and working with clients.

Desirable

• Experience on political or issue-based campaigns.
• Short-form video filming or editing.
• Using performance data to shape content strategy.
• Familiarity with paid social advertising.
