Evergreen PR is looking for a dynamic, proactive Senior Account Manager who combines excellent PR and public affairs skills with energy, initiative and sound judgement.You'll be joining a small, ambitious team creating breakthrough health campaigns for organisations that want to change people's lives for the better.We want someone who does more than keep accounts running smoothly. We're looking for someone who creates momentum, anticipates challenges, brings fresh ideas to clients and spots opportunities to make our work even more valuable.

The role

Working closely with our MD, you'll:

• Lead the day-to-day management and delivery of 4–5 healthcare client accounts across health tech, med tech, charities and private healthcare.
• Help develop insight-driven strategies and creative campaigns, taking ownership of bringing them to life.
• Produce outstanding content and secure impactful national, broadcast and healthcare trade media coverage.
• Proactively solve problems, generate ideas and deliver high-quality work at pace.
• Build trusted client relationships, demonstrate campaign impact and uncover opportunities for new projects.
• Contribute to new business pitches and play an important role in Evergreen's growth.

About you

You'll have:

• Typically 5+ years' PR and communications experience, including at least 3 years in an agency and 2+ years in healthcare PR.
• Proven experience of independently managing client accounts, ideally including 2+ years at Account Manager level or above.
• Strong knowledge of UK healthcare, including the NHS, health policy, sector trends and media.
• Excellent writing, media relations, creative thinking and campaign delivery skills.
• The initiative, pace and judgement to deliver excellent work independently and contribute ideas without waiting to be asked.
