Kanishka is recruiting a compassionate, results-driven caseworker to work alongside and advocate for Vale of Glamorgan residents.

Residents contact the office about everything from housing and benefits to immigration, health and the council, often at a difficult time. The work is demanding: a high volume of enquiries, difficult conversations and, very occasionally, an evening or weekend event. It's also deeply rewarding, and at the heart of what the office does.

We're looking for someone efficient, compassionate and professional. Whether you're an experienced caseworker or new to this work, we'd love to hear from you. You'll be supported to get up to speed quickly, with training shaped around what works best for you.

Contract: Fixed term for 12 months to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of extension. Full-time, 40 hours a week, with flexible working considered. Subject to security clearance.
