The Labour Party is looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to take the lead on retention, recruitment and engagement of members and activists as we approach the next general election.

With proven management ability and strong campaigns and customer relations experience, the successful candidate will strategically manage our professional membership services, and work to improve retention and recruitment rates at national and constituency levels.

You will need to demonstrate successful experience in customer relationship programmes, including direct marketing, ideally for a membership or voluntary sector organisation. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, political judgement and people management skills. Budget and project management experience is desirable.

Please note this is a fixed term contract until one month after the next General Election.
