We are looking for an outstanding person to recruit for the position of Senior Policy Researcher in the Future Energy Services team at Citizens Advice. A critical part of our work is making sure that markets work well for consumers, particularly those in vulnerable situations. We are looking for exceptional candidates who can help us to shine a light on the issues facing energy consumers today and in the future. The energy market is rapidly changing and it’s vital that people are at the heart of plans to reach net zero carbon emissions.

The Future Energy Services team works across the multiple energy policy issues that impact on people’s homes – including low carbon heat, fuel poverty, energy efficiency, data and smart energy products/services.
