The Employee Ownership Association (EOA) is the the heart of great employee ownership in the UK. We represent organisations which are employee owned, or are transitioning to employee ownership.
We're looking for an events expert with experience in managing in-person and virtual events from conception to completion. In return, we offer access to a progressive and growing part of the economy, and the chance to develop personal networks and engage with a highly motivated and talented team.
We run a wide range of events throughout the year to support its membership and communications objectives, including:
Providing value to our members through ongoing learning
Engaging our network and reaching new audiences
Growing our reputation and raising awareness of the EOA as the place for good EO
You’ll be responsible for ensuring we deliver high-quality, engaging experiences that meet the organisation’s strategic needs.
You’ll take the lead on events ranging from regular virtual meetings for 30 to 50 people, to a high-profile Summer Dinner in London, and the delivery of an in-person Annual Conference of up to 750 people with the support of an events partner company. All events provide opportunities for EOA members, and in some cases non-members, to network, learn and celebrate all things employee ownership.
