Purpose of the Role
The Women’s Equality Party (WEP) exists to force political change. We do this by contesting elections and campaigning creatively to push women’s equality to the top of the agenda of the mainstream parties.

Our policies are radical and ambitious, and our team is small but mighty. WE have never been more needed, and the political turbulence of the day offers unparalleled opportunities to influence discourse, politics and economics for the better, to offer up ideas for the taking, and to make profound and lasting change happen.

None of this will be possible without a brilliant fundraising manager. As we move into a general election year we will expand our fundraising efforts to fight for a better, more equal future.

We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic fundraiser to design and deliver compelling strategies driving income generation across a range of channels. Including, high and mid net worth givers, regular giving, commercial partnerships and crowdfunding campaigns.

This role is varied, with lots of opportunities for development and freedom to work across the team. For the right candidate it will be a brilliant opportunity to shape our organisation's approach to fundraising and our movement for change.

Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK, but you must be able to commute to our office near London Kings Cross for a minimum of one fixed day per week, and travel may be required at other times.

Closing Date: 4 June 2023

Interview/Start Dates

Interviews will be held in-person, and will include a task.

Closing time: 9am
