Job description: An exciting opportunity to join our public affairs and public relations consultancy as an Account Executive, to start in June or early July 2023. This role would focus on supporting our corporate communications accounts - mainly across energy and logistics. This role requires employees to work from the central London office and may occasionally require some level of travel, depending on client demands, but this will be infrequent and UK-only.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a motivated team player who has excellent English writing skills, with at least one year of experience working in corporate communications. You will play an important role in our team, working with an exciting range of clients supporting the delivery of integrated public relations and communications campaigns. You will have the chance to deal with clients directly and to build relationships with leading UK and international policymakers, influencers, and journalists, as well as work with some of the UK’s most experienced PR and public affairs practitioners.

You will be working on:

• Researching and creating media lists

• Supporting clients with corporate communications and PR campaigns

• Liaising with journalists

• Speaking to clients and attending client meetings

• Drafting and issuing press releases, as well as writing corporate messaging

• Monitoring and summarising media coverage

Key skills and experience:

• Excellent organisation skills and written skills

• Confident verbal communication internally and externally

• At least one year experience in corporate communications
