Job Title: Brand and Creative Officer
Working For: The Royal College of Radiologists
Salary: £41,211 per annum
Length of Contract: Permanent
We are looking for a talented and imaginative Brand and Creative Officer to join our busy and ambitious team. You will be inspired by the opportunities and challenges of working within a strong organisational brand provides, with a creative approach to meeting these. You’ll have an interest in digital design, including video production and development, with an eye on new tools and developments within the field.
You will be confident in championing brand strategy and house style, making sure we maintain our key messages through all that we produce. This role provides the opportunity to be creative and innovative in your daily work, with a huge variety of projects to get involved in, meaning no two days are ever quite the same.
What you’ll do:
- Lead on the day-to-day management of the RCR brand, becoming the ‘go-to’ person for advice and guidance on the use and implementation of organisational brand and house style.
- Manage our roster of suppliers, working to build and refine this list and identifying the right supplier for different needs, drawing on your experience and knowledge.
- Create assets and designs to support our marketing and communications work, for both print and digital. Manage our library of creative assets, including logos, videos, photos and designs, amongst others.
- Lead the development of our event collateral and promotional materials, carefully considering our messaging, positioning and goals. Seeking new ways to grow, improve and develop our creative work, considering our audiences and their needs.
What you’ll need:
Experience in managing an organisational brand identity, including sub-brands
Confidence in advising others on use of an organisational brand and creative outputs.
Knowledge of digital design, including Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in developing assets from scratch, including video.
Experience in implementing and managing a brand asset system.
Enjoyment in working collaboratively with other colleagues and teams, developing creative solutions to communication and design needs.
