Motability Operations is currently recruiting for a Scheme Stakeholder Executive to join our team in London. Reporting to the Head of Public Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement, the purpose of this role is to develop relationships with third parties who can give potential customers access to information about the Scheme, such as medical professionals, professional bodies, and disability organisations.

As part of the growing Corporate Affairs team, you’ll be at the forefront of the Motability Operations business. This is a new role providing the Motability Scheme with an important new capability in a fast-paced and evolving space.

You will:

• Proactively engage with a variety of stakeholders in the medical professions and disability charity space, in order to raise the profile and understanding of the Motability Scheme.
• Be a key external representative of the Scheme, working with the rest of the Public Affairs and Stakeholder team to deliver the Stakeholder Engagement plan.
• Establish outreach to medical professionals as a new and key part of the Scheme’s overall external engagement, ensuring these stakeholders are provided with the right information to give people who might be eligible for the Scheme.
• Support the Public Affairs and Stakeholder team in delivering events and ensure stakeholders from the health sector are included.

A successful candidate will:

• Have experience in the UK healthcare sector.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to communicate and work with all levels with external stakeholders and within the organisation.
• Have a commitment to excellence and high standards of professionalism.
• Be a team player with initiative and a positive “can do” attitude.

Motability Operations provides worry-free mobility solutions to almost 700,000 customers and their families across the UK. Customers exchange their higher rate mobility allowance to lease a range of affordable vehicles with insurance, maintenance and breakdown assistance included.
