We are looking for a passionate and driven Programme Executive to join our training division. Based in London, this is an exciting role for anyone interested in public policy, who would like the opportunity to research, create and develop training courses to support the public sector.

Training Division

The role will focus on our public policy related training courses that sit under our Inside Government training brand.

Programme Executive

As a Programme Executive, you will research, validate, write, produce and manage public policy training courses and related content. This exciting opportunity means you will get the chance to manage and contribute to the overall strategy and performance of the courses you lead.

Main Responsibilities of Programme Executive will include but will not be limited to:

  • Responsible for the design and delivery of a portfolio of training courses and supporting content
  • Conducting in-depth research into relevant public policy training areas and building and maintaining relationships with key trainers and partner organisations.
  • Contributing to the growth of the public policy training portfolio through creative, innovative and new ideas.
  • Creating innovative and attractive training programmes and website copy
  • Researching and submitting new course ideas to be added to the existing portfolio of courses, as well as keeping existing products fresh and up to date.
  • Generating new content ideas as well as researching and writing pieces including blogs, long reads and interviews to drive traffic and views to the website.
  • Attending courses on the day alongside our operations team or running them virtually where applicable.
  • Working closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure courses are commercially successful and achieve target delegate numbers.
  • Assisting the Senior Product Development Manager with product generation and planning
