Based in fabulous offices in central London with a fantastic team, we are recruiting for a Senior Research Associate to join our Research & Insight team. We are looking for an energetic individual looking to grow their career and join our newly created team in London. This is a unique opportunity to be make an impact on the growing practice area and work on stimulating client briefs, using research, data and insight to inform the strategy of some of the world’s best-known businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct qualitative research using various methodologies, such as in-depth interviews, focus groups, observations, and document analysis, to gather insights and inform project objectives.
  • Design research tools, such as discussion guides and questionnaires, ensuring they align with research objectives and best practices.
  • Manage coordination of research activities, such as interviews, focus groups, and site visits, while adhering to project timelines.
  • Identify and oversee recruitment of participants for research projects, adhering to best practice standards for research recruitment.
  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative data, identifying key themes, patterns, and insights that address research objectives.
  • Collaborate with team to interpret the research findings and contribute towards recommendations and strategy for client.
  • Contribute significantly to the preparation of research reports, presentations, and other deliverables, ensuring they are clear, concise, and engaging for diverse audiences.
  • Participate in team meetings and workshops, contributing ideas and insights to inform project planning and decision-making.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, industry trends, and best practices, sharing learnings with the team and applying them to ongoing projects.
  • Support the development and maintenance of a research database, ensuring data is stored securely and is easily accessible for analysis and reporting.

Necessary attributes:

  • 2-3 years experience in qualitative and quantitative research
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Hard working, flexible, adaptable and proactive
  • Organised, efficient, takes ownership, trusted to deliver to deadline
  • Responsible, trusted to work with confidential information.
