Job Title: Head of Gambling Action Lab

Working For: The Money and Mental Health Policy Institute

Location: London

Salary: £58,000 full-time equivalent

Length of Contract: Three years

Job Details

Our Head of Gambling Action Lab is a new role that will lead a ground-breaking, multi-year programme of work.

All too often, people experiencing harm as a result of gambling can struggle in silence. But financial services firms have a unique insight into their customers, with data on spending and withdrawals. Through this programme, we’ll be teaming up with financial services firms to understand what they can do to better protect their customers from gambling-related harms.

This is a three-year fixed-term position. The full-time equivalent salary is £58,000.

This role is offered as full-time (37.5 hours over 5 days a week) or part-time (minimum 30 hours over 4 days).

We welcome applicants from across the UK. We are based in central London, but this post can be offered on a remote-working basis with two days a month in the office.

We are an equal opportunities employer and Mindful Employer and welcome applications from all, including those with lived experience of a mental health condition and other under-represented groups. We are happy to discuss any reasonable adjustments individuals may require in the recruitment process or once in post.

Closing Date: 27 September 2023

Interview/Start Dates

The closing date is Wednesday 27 September 2023 at 9am.

Interviews will be held during the weeks commencing Monday 2 and Monday 9 October.
