Job Details
We’ve just launched as a new organisation, following a merger of two sister organisations with a shared aim, and we’re excited about the opportunities to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children. We will be focusing on using and championing high-quality evidence, working directly with government and local leaders to provide practical solutions and encourage change. This is an exciting moment to join us: we’re a new organisation with some ambitious aims and our people are essential to our success.
As a member of the What Works Network, we have a pivotal role as the go-to source for evidence and advice on early intervention and children’s social care. Our work spans social policy and service areas, including health, education, families, and policing. We seek to communicate evidence in a way that is robust and transparent and that is also relevant and accessible for national and local audiences, including policymakers, public service commissioners and managers, frontline practitioners, and service providers.
This role will be key in embedding the strategy and measuring our impact. We are looking for an experienced and versatile person to support Foundations to demonstrate its impact on policy and practice.
The successful candidate will understand impact measurement and have experience of using systems and processes to monitor progress. They will also have strong communication skills and a commitment to working with stakeholders, including experts by experience (people who have lived experience of early intervention or children’s social care services) to ensure our impact makes a difference for vulnerable children and families.
We are looking for people who are passionate about making a difference to the lives of vulnerable children and families. We want people from all backgrounds to join our team.
For an informal discussion, please contact recruitment@foundations.org.uk in the first instance.
Our people are at the heart of everything we do. It’s vital that our workforce reflects the diversity of our stakeholders and the wider society in the UK, so we’re proud to be an equal opportunities employer and we actively seek candidates from diverse backgrounds and communities.
