We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team, and take on a range of Operations and Business Support responsibilities.
This is a role focussed on providing operational support to the senior management team, and helping ensure the smooth running and improvement of business processes. They will work in close collaboration with the senior leadership team and will be involved across several departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead administrative functions and teams within the company to support the Managing Director and the senior leadership team.
• Supervise a range of internal teams, including Digital Marketing, Delegate Relations, Speaker Liaison and Production, Diary Management, Logistics, Purchasing and Venue Sourcing.
• Project management responsibilities to ensure all administrative functions are promptly and accurately completed for each conference.
• Offer guidance and promote professional development within team members.
• Manage external communications for Digital Marketing, Delegate Relations and Speaker Liaison teams, ensuring detail accuracy and professionalism.
• Oversee company purchasing, striving for the most efficient and cost-effective methods.
• Supervise the back-office system throughout the company, focusing on smooth operation and suggesting new systems and other ongoing improvements.

• Significant experience in project management, operations, or a similar field.
• Superior organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

• Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Sound financial acumen, with a focus on cost efficiency.
• A background in customer service would be advantageous, although not essential.
