Our association is looking for a new Campaign Manager, preferably with prior experience in a similar role. Our association represents two key constituencies in the heart of central London - Kensington & Bayswater and Chelsea & Fulham. We're looking for someone to lead on both of these campaigns for the Association.

What will you do as a Campaign Manager?

- Build relationships with elected representatives, including councillors and MPs
- Create winning campaign teams made up of enthusiastic volunteers
- Lead teams of volunteers on the ground
- Exercise your creativity by producing leaflets and communications
- Ensure Polling Day activities run smoothly
- Support your candidates’ and elected representatives’ presence on social media
- Develop single-issue campaigns with Councillors and MPs
- Build activist capacity through training, speaking with people face and face and over the phone

What skills do you need to be a Campaign Manager?

Ideally you will have experience in grassroots politics, a university degree, and be IT literate with Microsoft office skills. If you have experience using creative tools such as Adobe InDesign that would be of great benefit too.

- Are you a do-er and a planner?
- Can you communicate with people from all types of background both face to face, and in writing?
- Can you build good inter-personal relationships to both work in a team and also to motivate those around you?
- Are you someone with great organisational skills – able to plan events and campaigns?
- Do you believe in the Conservative Party’s values and aims?
- If you answered yes to these questions, then please apply now.

What benefits do you get from working with us?

We offer a generous 25-day annual leave, pro-rated for part time staff and all UK bank holidays off.

Due to the nature of the work and the campaigning environment the expectation is to work full time from our campaign office with limited Working from Home in exceptional circumstances.

We offer additional time off in lieu for supporting Association events during weekday evenings and weekends.

We provide full access to self-paced learning via LinkedIn Learning.
