Our advocacy work combines our cutting-edge research with our technical, legal, campaign and policy expertise to drive change for consumers. Over the years we have delivered ambitious change to improve consumer outcomes across multiple sectors and markets. Recent examples include the inclusion of fraud in the Online Safety Act, better security standards for smart products as part of Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure Act, protection for access to cash and improvements in banks' treatment of scam victims via the introduction of a new compulsory reimbursement scheme.

What you'll be doing?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of External Affairs and Campaigns to join Which? and hold strategic responsibility for Which?'s campaigns and external relationships with policy makers, businesses and parliamentarians in order to deliver positive change for consumers.
This is a high profile role reporting to the Director of Policy and Advocacy in the executive leadership team. The role also works with the CEO and the rest of the executive leadership team in engaging with senior external stakeholders.

As part of the advocacy group at Which? you will have the opportunity to get to grips with the challenges facing consumers working with a broad range of experts and stakeholders and lead the strategy to deliver the changes required to tackle and prevent consumer harm in key markets.
