We are looking to develop our organising capacity. This is an exciting chance to join a dynamic team that works closely with the Labour Party, businesses, and think tanks across Britain. We are seeking candidates with organising or campaigning experience and a high level of organisation, energy, and reliability.
Role Description
This is a full-time Organising Officer role located primarily in London; the role is hybrid and offers flexibility for some remote work. The Organising Officer will work within the Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate engagement with stakeholders across the Labour movement
- Produce resources to assist with effective campaigning
- Stay up to date with latest election and turnout research and integrate research into work
- Deliver training and development sessions
- Build productive working relationships with stakeholders across the Labour movement
- Assist with the development of Labour Together’s organising work
Experience
- Experience of organising and/or campaigning
Skills/ Abilities
- Ability to build productive working relationships
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
- Good public speaking skills
- Basic data analysis skills
