Solace Global Risk seeks a Response Operations Manager for our Poole, Dorset headquarters, this is an entry-level position in risk management at our 24/7 operations center.

The role entails frontline response to emergencies, global event monitoring, and oversight of on and offshore operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Solace SOPs and Incident/Emergency Procedures.
• Ensure safety of Solace customers and staff worldwide.
• Maintaining country reports within a specific location
• Monitor security events globally.
• Advise customers and staff 24/7.
• Screening and publishing security alerts.
• Conduct short-term analysis and write advisories.
• Provide security advice for travel.
• Plan and manage journey management tasks.
• Liaise with Solace Global Provider Network.
• Respond to crisis events and manage evacuations.
• Liaise with clients regarding security requirements.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure operational records are completed correctly.
• Rectify/troubleshoot issues.
• Support commercial team.
• Represent the Solace Operations Centre.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Ability to coordinate tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive with ability to perform calmly under pressure.
• Excellent administration skills.
• Excellent computer skills, MS Office experience.
• Interest in current affairs.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Clear CRB check/right to work in the UK.
• Desirable: Experience in critical incidents, second language, intelligence analysis, military or police background, degree level education.

Additional Requirements:

12-hour shift (2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off).
16 days annual leave x 12-hour shifts.
Deliver verbal briefings/presentations.
Right to live and work in the UK and undertake Security Clearance.
