We are Crestview Strategy, an international communications consultancy. Based out of our offices in the United Kingdom, Canada and around the world, we are a firm delivering best-in-class communications campaigns for clients. We work with some of the largest organisations in the UK and across the globe on a wide variety of interesting political, policy and reputational issues.

You will have a minimum of 18 months experience and be keen to join a dynamic, growing, enthusiastic team and fast-growing business managing communications campaigns on behalf of our clients in the built environment sector; we are looking for a new colleague who is passionate about supporting clients in the sector as they deliver development and change across the UK.

The type of work our Consultants do:

• Help design, build and service client briefs from project campaigns to retainer delivery with creative thinking and a can-do attitude.

• Write and produce clear and compelling content in a variety of styles. This will span strategic communications plans, media and political monitoring briefs with analysis, client presentations, press releases, stakeholder briefings, messaging grids, storyboards, social media, blogs and digital copy.

• Develop strong working relationships with our clients and add value to those relationships, supporting with the measurement of results to achieve client objectives.

• Support our company's growth by taking an active role in business development.

Our ideal new team member:

• Will have at least 12 - 18 months of work experience already; we are looking for someone to hit the ground running, with a passion for personal development and being part of a growth mindset business.

• Has a deep, demonstrable interest in UK politics and passion for the built environment.

• Brings experience of, or a willingness to learn, how to support clients throughout the lifecycle of developments.
