We are seeking to appoint three Senior Political Advisers in the Conservative Research Department. This role is based in London.

This is an exciting opportunity for three exceptional and experienced individuals with a background in policy research and development to work in the Conservative Research Department.

Your responsibilities:

• Leading a team of political advisers.
• Supporting the Shadow Cabinet and Shadow Ministers’ Parliamentary business.
• Research associated with frontbench duties.
• Developing and communicating alternative policies to the Government of the day.
• Tracking the activities of the Government’s front bench.

Your professional experience:

• Experience in leadership roles and project management.
• Exceptional research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of how Parliament works.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Fluent and clear written style.
• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• A strong academic background.
• A commitment to the Conservative Party, its aims, and its values.
