Job Description

As one of four new Junior Account Managers, you’ll join a team responsible for managing existing customers throughout their subscription. Success is measured by renewal rates and the adoption of additional services.
Your first three months include on-the-job training to become proficient with our product, industry, and systems. During this phase, you’ll handle routine customer support to free up experienced Key Account Managers for value-added tasks. Afterward, your role will evolve based on your strengths—whether in account growth, service, lead generation, or client engagement.

Experience & Attributes

Essential
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training
Strong communication, detail-oriented, high-energy, and customer-centric
Resilient under pressure, open to feedback, and eager to improve

Preferred
Interest in current affairs/public policy
Experience in customer service, sales, or account management
Proficiency in Excel, data-savvy, comfortable on camera, experience in social selling, familiarity with HubSpot CRM
