                    Job Details
                    We are looking to fill 2/3 Caseworker roles (0.8fte/0.6fte/0.4fte) in our busy constituency office. The ideal candidates will have experience of working within casework, advocacy or advice with enthusiasm and excellent levels of customer service.
You will need strong administrative and organisational skills to manage a busy workload. The role involves managing a large caseload, ensuring actions are taken and constituents are kept informed throughout.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as confidence engaging with and advocating on behalf of a wide range of people. You will be expected to work as a team as well as independently. Experience in casework or a similar role preferred.
The position requires excellent communication skills; the ability to speak, write and listen well. You will be able to organise and administering local campaigns on issues relevant to the constituency.

• Manage a large caseload of complex cases, working in a professional, confidential, caring and sensitive manner
• Experience of casework, a public-facing role or working directly with the public
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong written, organisational and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work proactively, independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks and manage own workload
• Ability to bring constituents, community groups and stakeholders together, to resolve cases
