Following rapid growth, NorthPoint Strategy is looking to hire a Senior Consultant or Associate Director to join our expanding team.

NorthPoint Strategy is an independent political and communications consultancy specialising in public affairs and public relations. We empower a wide range of organisations across the public, private, and third sector - from startups to multinationals. We work across a wide variety of sectors (from frontier tech to energy and sovereign work) and localities and provide specialised expertise in industries that are highly regulated, rapidly changing and disruptive.

This role encompasses both internal and external leadership responsibilities, requiring an individual who excels in clear, direct communication. It is ideal for someone who is:

• Happy to get stuck in on new business growth.
• Can bring a sense of humour and enthusasim to the table (work doesn't have to be dull).
• Tired of 'big agency' and think there is a better way of doing things.
• Can cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels.

The successful candidate must have permission to work in the UK before the commencement of employment.
