Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the establishment and growth of constituency branches within the region, ensuring they are well-organised, effective, and aligned with the party's objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:
Essential:
o Proven experience in political organising, campaigning, or a related field.
o Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate volunteers and branch members.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
o Strategic thinker with a track record of successful campaign management.

o Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
o Knowledge of the UK political landscape and a commitment to the party’s values and objectives.
