About the Role

As an Account Manager at Milton Advisers, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional strategic communications support to our clients.

Your role will include managing client relationships, developing and executing communication strategies, and ensuring that we deliver on our promise to shift perceptions and help our clients thrive in today’s fast-changing landscape. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, including corporates, governments, high-net-worth individuals, and high-growth companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic communication plans tailored to client needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to execute campaigns effectively, drawing on expertise in public affairs, media, advocacy, digital, and marketing.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and actionable insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, media, and partners.
• Identify opportunities for client growth and recommend strategies to achieve them.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in strategic communications, public affairs, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage client accounts and lead projects.
• Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Knowledge of current political, economic, and technological trends is an asset.
