Policy Analyst

Our Policy Analysts are responsible for:
• Supporting the delivery of client projects and maintaining client relationships
• Researching and analysing policy issues
• Producing written briefings on political and regulatory issues
• Attending and reporting on conferences and webinars and meetings with UK decision-makers
• Assisting with presentations and marketing content
• Producing newsletters for clients on regulatory and market developments
Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to:
• Creating and executing public affairs programmes for clients
• Designing and delivering new and innovative services for clients
• Business development and marketing ideas and initiatives

Senior Associate

In this role, you will initially manage 1-3 consultants, supervising their client work and helping them develop at Inline. We are looking for someone who can motivate and enable our team to work to the highest quality standards and serve as an example to them. The successful candidate will be able to provide authoritative, strategic counsel to clients, work with the rest of senior management on designing new and innovative services for future clients and will contribute to our business development efforts and marketing strategy.

On a typical day, you might start by coordinating priorities with your client teams, review the work of junior analysts and help them prepare for client calls, speak to clients about what the latest regulatory or political developments mean for them, discuss one of your team’s professional development goals in a 1:1, and feed into the marketing plan for the coming month before heading out to a networking event – although every day is different. You will be working closely with other senior management members to develop and implement our company strategy.

Successful candidates will be invited for a written assessment followed by interviews which will be conducted on a rolling basis through February and March 2025.
