The role

To lead the campaigns and policy strategy and implement a range of political activities, sometimes in coalitions, to affect the policy of governments and the views of parliamentarians.

To lead a team of 4 Managers and Senior Managers in campaigning, communications and marketing to achieve public policy change and raise the profile of the organisation

To expertly advise the leadership team and the Board and ELT on relevant strategic developments in political sphere.

The candidate:

Significant successful experience of campaigns and public affairs with expert knowledge of Westminster, Whitehall and Local Government.

Excellent experience of creating strategies and implementing them effectively to reach goals.

Substantial staff leadership and line management experience
