Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the regional voluntary branch network, ensuring compliance with Reform UK’s Branch Rules
• Support branches with IT systems, training, fundraising, and campaign readiness
• Oversee accurate record-keeping on Reform Pro and ensure regular reporting from branch chairs
• Monitor for by-elections and ensure candidate selection is in place ahead of deadlines
• Coordinate local campaigning, support mutual aid between branches, and deliver national campaign initiatives
• Provide day-to-day guidance to branch officers, escalate issues to HQ, and maintain electoral registers
• Ensure all public-facing activity follows party guidance, including literature and media handling
• Maintain regular communication with the National Director on performance and progress

This is a political leadership role, not a corporate post. It demands significant time, flexibility, and commitment. Applicants must live in the region and have practical campaigning experience. The role is home-based but highly active and hands-on.
