The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Policy Advisor – Home Affairs and Justice. The post-holder will be responsible for supporting the development and communication of Labour Party policy, and holding Labour’s political opponents to account, in relation to Home Affairs and Justice.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience of working on Home Affairs and Justice policy
• Excellent research skills and ability to write concise, accurate briefing notes
• Strategic mindset with the ability to operationalise political strategy
• Ability to work with a range of stakeholders, including other internal Labour Party departments, politicians and advisers
