The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Campaign and Innovation Manager. The post-holder will be responsible for working as part of a team providing strategic advice and support on all aspects of election campaigns. To work with our regional/Scottish/Welsh staff in the production and delivery of specific seat plans and targets. To develop and implement new and innovative campaign and organising techniques and to take responsibility for the successful delivery of the Labour Party’s organisational strategy including incumbency strategy. To work with current MPs to ensure re-election at the next General Election.

The successful candidate will have:

• A demonstrable thorough knowledge of Labour Party campaigning and organising techniques
• A sound knowledge of the Labour Party structure and organisation, particularly at a local level.
• A proven track record of campaign strategy and management in the Labour Party or other organisations.
• Leadership and influencing skills
