We are looking for a manager/researcher for the Committee for Academic Freedom, a non-partisan organisation for the defence of academic freedom in the UK. The duties of the post include: 

• collecting signatories for our three principles
• researching, writing and publicising a regularly updated monitor of violations of academic freedom in UK universities
• helping to organise our "open to argument" debate series and our “cancelled voices” podcast series
• seeking future funding for CAF

We are looking for someone with a good degree from a top university, a broad knowledge of issues of free speech and academic freedom, an independent mind and an excellent writing style.
