As an Associate you will provide day-to-day support to the team across Apella's client database. The role requires someone who can adapt quickly and work across a range of briefs. You will likely be working on retained accounts and projects for large clients. These clients could see you:

• Work alongside senior members of the Apella team to provide corporate communications and reputation consultancy, including crisis communications.
• Design and activate communications strategies for clients with complex reputational needs, ideally drawing on skills and experience in public affairs, financial communications, data analysis and/or media engagement.
• Help prepare new business presentations and play a key role delivering pitches.
• Deliver research that underpins strategy work and provide reputational insight from data.
• Be part of client-facing teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Management of day-to-day client activity, in line with agreed scopes of work.
• Working closely with senior members of the Apella team and clients.
• Supporting senior members of the team in the development of strategy and planning.
• Playing an active role in new business activity and marketing.
