Utilising local networks and a philanthropic platform to guide investment, the CSJ Foundation ensures that charities who are fighting the root causes of poverty receive the right support, both in policymaking and funding.

The Role 

The CSJ Foundation is looking for a Head of Partnerships to join its Philanthropy team to help grow and professionalise it’s offering for donors and charities alike. The Foundation has big ambitions for its work over the next 3 years, central to this work is our philanthropy services.

The post-holder will be responsible for delivering philanthropy services for existing clients – including trusts, foundations, and individuals. In addition to this, the post-holder will generate new business by engaging with prospective clients and helping them with their philanthropy. The post-holder will work towards pre-agreed targets to grow the CSJ Foundation’s work, fully supported by the Managing Director and other colleagues.

The Head of Partnerships will hold responsibility for building and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders, engaging in conversations with local organisations and individuals, to ensure that the Foundation’s work to grow its philanthropy services is driven forward effectively.
