We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our advisory team as a Senior Account Director leading a portfolio of clients, managing key accounts and client relationships in our London office. Successful candidates will be able to hit the ground running and will have an international outlook and a flair for growing and maintaining networks.
Successful candidates will be ready to hit the ground running, bringing an international perspective and a strong ability to build and sustain professional networks. Candidates should have 7 -10 years of industry experience, likely gained in public service, business or journalism.
Key Tasks:
- To establish trusted and long-term relationships with clients and networks, obtaining retained advisor status wherever possible.
- To work with the senior management team to devise and implement communications strategies which deliver results and support new client proposals.
- To lead delivery and project management of a number of key mid-to-large accounts and to set and deliver strategy.
- To manage broad, geographically diverse teams, to ensure consistent delivery and needing little-to-no oversight in terms of ensuring consistent delivery.
- To identify and pursue business development opportunities and new client relationships, developing referrer relationships and generating high quality proposals.
- To provide line management, training and development to the team and address team issues as required.
- To attend a variety of networking functions and events that are identified as providing opportunities to meet potential clients and/or referrers for the business.
- To take part in our weekend monitoring which is on a rota basis (once every 8-10 weeks).
- To travel frequently for client delivery and business development.
- To act as ambassador for the company at all times.
