The RAMP Project seconds advisers into the offices of a cross-party group of politicians in Westminster and Combine Mayoral Authorities, with the aim of improving the quality of political debate on migration and inclusion issues.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the RAMP board, Executive Director and wider team. We are hoping to find someone who is values-led, confident in liaising with senior stakeholders in a cross-party context, has a can-do attitude as well as great attention to detail, and who will help our fun and agile team to work effectively together.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling quarterly Board meetings, monthly board meetings and other meetings for the Executive Director, RAMP team and board members.
  • Circulating papers ahead of meetings, taking accurate and concise minutes and producing them for distribution.
  • Diary management and other ad hoc administrative support for the Executive Director and board members.
  • Organising travel arrangements (train, hotel bookings etc) for team members.
  • Financial administration on QuickBooks (uploading expenses, creating invoices and matching receipts with bank transactions) and regular liaison with RAMP’s accountants.
  • Management of RAMP's contractors’ invoices, ensuring that they are issued on time so that their payments can be reviewed, approved and paid.

Skills and experience required:

  • Good experience of providing support at Senior Management and Board level.
  • Abiltiy to produce excellent minutes.
  • Experience of diary managment and travel booking.
  • Experience of bookeeping and financial management - ideally on QuickBooks.
