Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely on the planning, execution and delivery of defined projects or workstreams, working alongside Project Leads and Senior Associates to ensure all outputs meet high-quality standards and client needs. This includes helping to manage resources, track progress, identify and mitigate risks and translate key project learnings into actionable insights that drive growth and service transformation.
- Assist in winning new business by contributing to the creation of compelling and persuasive proposals, bids, presentations and marketing collateral. This includes conducting research, collaborating with subject matter experts and helping to tailor content to target audiences to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Support the establishment and nurturing of strong relationships with clients, assisting Senior Associates and Project Leads as a point of contact and ensuring client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with colleagues across different departments and the wider business to ensure seamless project delivery and effective knowledge sharing.
- Cultivate a foundational understanding of topic areas that align with PUBLIC's strategic goals. This includes conducting research, supporting thought leadership initiatives and contributing to the quality of project deliverables.
- Actively seek out opportunities for professional development and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Skills
- Experience working in client-facing or collaborative project environments.
- Proven ability to work proactively and autonomously, effectively managing competing time commitments and varied responsibilities.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to gather and use both qualitative and quantitative evidence to inform arguments and recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to contribute to written outputs and presentations for external audiences.
- Interest in and knowledge of, emerging uses for technology in the wider public sector.
- Confidence and proficiency in using both Google Workspace and MS Office Suite tools.
