Key Responsibilities:

- Engaging with constituents by phone, email and letter in a clear, empathetic and professional manner
- Manage casework and time-sensitive issues with care and urgency
- Liaise with government departments, agencies, and local stakeholders to resolve cases
- Provide general admin support including research, writing, and data management
- Occasionally join James McMurdock MP or other team members at surgeries, meetings and other activities locally

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A confident, can-do attitude and the initiative to solve problems independently, as well as work constructively in a team
- Sympathetic alignment with the aims and values of an Independent Reform UK MP.

Full training will be given.
