The End Violence Against Women Coalition (EVAW) is a leading UK-wide coalition of +140 women’s support services, researchers, activists, victim/survivors and NGOs working to end violence against women and girls in all its forms. Our vision is of a society where women and girls can live their lives free from violence and the threat of violence.

Our new Membership and Engagement Manager will work strategically with EVAW’s Directors, trustees and staff team to make membership work at EVAW a core priority.

The postholder will lead the development and delivery of our next Membership Strategy; will help us review our current membership; pursue active and intersectional interrogation of our gaps in membership and devise different strategies to address them; work on deepening of relationships and connections with members; will review and improve the various ways we communicate and engage with our members; ensure this knowledge feeds into and shapes EVAW’s campaigning and policy aims and objectives, and enables EVAW's diverse coalition members to be clearly centred and to drive the work we do.
