Are you a sharp communicator with a passion for policy, digital engagement and storytelling?
We’re hiring a Policy, Communications & Marketing Officer at Chamber Group, a media, research and events organisation at the heart of UK and international debate. This is a hands-on role spanning content, campaigns, research and events. You’ll help us reach ministers, policymakers, public sector leaders and citizens with impactful work.

What You’ll Do
Work across policy, communications and marketing, with scope to specialise:
• Account Management – act as client contact, track progress, coordinate teams, keep records.
• Policy & Research – draft reports and articles, conduct research, summarise roundtables, support analysis.
• Marketing & Communications – produce newsletters, social posts and digital assets; manage website, event listings and campaigns.
• Events & Media – coordinate webinars and roundtables, prepare materials, publish and promote outputs.
About You
You are:
• A strong, quick writer with attention to detail
• Confident using CRMs, email platforms, Wordpress, Canva, social media
• Organised, proactive and able to juggle projects
• Interested in public policy, government and reform
• Collaborative, curious, and thrive in a small, fast-moving team
Experience in policy, communications, journalism, campaigns or events is welcome. Ideal for those building early career experience or pivoting into policy/public affairs.
