PoliMonitor is growing its team, and with strong growth over the past 12 months and a strong pipeline in place the business is looking for a Client Services Officer.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Client Services Manager and our Client Services Director to ensure our clients are able to fully utilise our growing range of political monitoring and engagement services and solutions.

About the Role
This role will help to ensure that our hundreds of clients are familiar with and able to fully utilise our ever growing and improving range of services and solutions. No day will be the same, with opportunities to support clients on a range of issues, such as supporting new client onboardings, responding to client queries and carrying out ad-hoc research tasks. You'll be able to develop your knowledge and understanding of public affairs, politics and parliamentary processes, and a wide range of policy areas, from Housing to Energy, Animal Rights to AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day relations with customers via email, phone, online or in person, answering questions and resolving issues,
- Undertake ad-hoc client research and reports,
- Onboard new clients,
- Assist colleagues with new business trials when required,
- Carry out periodic client reviews,
- Feed client ideas and feedback into our service and solutions development pipeline.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree level;
- Experience in a political setting is ideal but not essential.
Essential Skills & Competencies:
- Consultative approach;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills;
- Excellent relationship building skills;
- An interest in current affairs, news and/or politics;
- Ability and confidence to speak with and manage relationships with senior stakeholders,
