We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Account Director to join our creative, friendly, and growing team, working with charities and purpose-led clients, supporting them with delivering powerful public affairs and campaigns strategies. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years’ agency experience in public affairs, an enthusiasm for politics and a capacity to demonstrate leadership skills and ability, particularly under pressure. You’ll have a keen desire to make an impact in a forward-thinking agency and to make the world a better place!

Responsibilities:

  • Bringing together politicians and stakeholders
  • Managing account teams and leading delivery on multiple client accounts
  • Reporting progress against plan via weekly updates and calls, monthly updates and quarterly reports
  • Managing and developing client relationships
  • Developing campaign strategy and overseeing its delivery
  • Media engagement
  • Account growth
  • Identifying new business opportunities and drafting proposals
  • Providing support for the development of colleagues and acting as a sounding-board in the development of strategy ideas

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of six years’ agency experience in public affairs
  • An enthusiasm for politics, ideally with a strong network in Parliament especially with Labour
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent client handling skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and ability, particularly under pressure
  • A proactive work ethic and desire to learn and develop on the job
