The Operations Manager of Remembering Srebrenica is responsible for the operations and delivery of the organisation’s work, activities, outputs and outcomes.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing volunteers and ensuring the delivery of activities, outputs and outcomes on time and within budgets. They will also be responsible for reporting to the MHCLG, the boards and any other funders on the targets set out and grant expenditure.

The Operations Manager will work alongside the National Board and Trustees to: set strategic direction and policy – particularly in relation to the organisation’s long term goals, annual plans, regional boards and educational work; deliver on project targets relating to other aspects of Remembering Srebrenica’s work as required; work with volunteers to deliver Remembering Srebrenica’s flagship national memorials for Srebrenica Memorial Day in July; be responsible for all aspects of operational delivery including engagement with eight regional boards and three country boards as well as 1,500 Community Champions; and, undertake all other duties as required.
